The Steimer Family began selling Arizona real estate in the mid-1970’s, when Len & Maryann Steimer were Realtors with Ed Post Realty. In 1988 Jim started his career as a Realtor and Jamie & Sean are third generation Realtors as well as being third generation Arizonans. Dani joined the team in 2022 and she and Sean were married on March 1, 2025.
